Promotion Terms and Conditions
Eligible recipients must be active members of The Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC) or RBSC Polo Club on the date of reservation. A valid, unexpired membership document must be presented on the reservation date.
Customers are entitled to a special offer at THB 1,000,000, provided in the form of a discount on the purchase of any plot within the Park Heritage Pattanakarn project.
The special offer at THB 1,000,000 may be applied per plot, with no limit on the number of plots.
This promotion applies only to reservations and contract signings made between 1 December 2025 and 28 February 2026.
Customers must complete the ownership transfer within 30 days of the contract signing date.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the project’s referral promotion valued at THB 1,000,000 if offered during the same period.
The promotional benefit will be granted within 45 days after the ownership transfer is completed.
In the event that the customer cancels the sale and purchase agreement for any reason, the entitlement to the THB 1,000,000 discount shall be immediately void.
All terms and conditions are subject to the company’s final discretion and may be amended as deemed necessary.

No refund on any eTicket except in the instance that the event is cancelled or in accordance with applicable laws in the region of purchase and at the discretion of the organizer.
Customer service charges are not refundable
The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement or exchange of eTicket, subject to availability and seller’s policy
The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised program, price, seating arrangements and audience capacity
The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the sellers’ and the venue’s terms of admission, copies of which are available on request. Late arrivals may result in non-admission until a suitable break in the performance
Cameras, audios and video recorders may not be permitted
Concession eTicket holders must produce acceptable proof of identity/age
Entry will be refused if eTickets are damaged or defaced or are not purchased from any authorized agents
