– สมาชิกที่ประสงค์จะสมัครกลุ่มสมาชิกระดับอาวุโสจะต้องไม่ดำรงตำแหน่งคณะกรรมการแผนกต่างๆ หรือคณะทำงานในชุดปัจจุบัน
– คำตัดสินของคณะอนุกรรมการประชาสัมพันธ์และโครงการและการจัดงานถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
