RBSC’S MEGA PROJECTS UPDATES
1. The Clubhouse Construction:
Demolition is almost 50% completed and overall, the project is currently ahead of schedule.
โครงการอาคารคลับเฮ้าส์รื้อถอนสำเร็จเกือบร้อยละ 50 และโดยรวมโครงการยังคงดำเนินไปได้เร็วกว่ากำหนด
2. Golfball Fence Project:
The work is now confirmed to start on the 1st December 2025, and should take less 4 months to complete.
โครงการจะเริ่มดำเนินการในวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2568 และคาดว่าจะใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 4 เดือนในการดำเนินงานให้เสร็จสิ้น
3. Baan 100 (GM Residence) Renovation:
The project is now 50% completed and is targeted to finish by May 2026.
โครงการปรับปรุงบ้าน 100 ดำเนินการสำเร็จแล้วร้อยละ 50และคาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จภายในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2569
4. New Tennis Grass Courts Clubhouse:
The design is now finalized and will be submitted for permit approvals within December 2025.
แบบก่อสร้างเทนนิสคลับเฮ้าส์ได้สรุปเรียบร้อยแล้วและจะยื่นขออนุมัติใบอนุญาตภายในเดือนธันวาคม 2568
