POST EVENT :: International Football Legends gather at the Royal Bangkok Sports Club
On Thursday, the 16th of May, 2024, the RBSC sports ground had an opportunity to welcome a range of world cup football legends from various regions around the world. The FIFA President, President of the FA Thailand, distinguished guests and international media joined spectacular football matches on display. Our members had a chance to attend in giving encouragement and watching this world class event. This was part of the activities of the 74th FIFA Congress followed by a celebration with a Thai-themed feast and entertainment. The event marks a special piece of history for both the club and the country.
The list of legends included Cafu, former captain of the Brazil national team that won the 2002 World Cup, David Trezeguet, former striker for the French national team World Cup 1998 and Euro 2000 champions, Juan Sebastian Veron, former midfielder for the Argentine national team, Gilbero Silva, former midfielder for the Brazil national team, Hristo Stoichkov, former striker for the Bulgarian national team and Ballon d’Or winner in 1994, and many more.
ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2567 สนามกีฬา สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร มีโอกาสได้ต้อนรับเหล่านักฟุตบอลผู้เป็นตำนานระดับโลกจากทั่วทุกมุมโลก รวมถึงประธานสหพันธ์ฟุตบอลนานาชาติ หรือ ฟีฟ่า ประธานสมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ แขกผู้มีเกียรติ และสื่อมวลชนนานาชาติจำนวนมากที่เข้าร่วมชมการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนัดพิเศษที่จัดขึ้นในครั้งนี้ สมาชิกสมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสรได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมชมการแข่งขันระดับโลกครั้งนี้ และให้กำลังใจแก่เหล่านักฟุตบอลอย่างใกล้ชิด กิจกรรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประชุมสหพันธ์ฟุตบอลนานาชาติครั้งที่ 74 ตามด้วยงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำในบรรยากาศแบบไทยและการแสดงอันน่าประทับใจ การจัดงานครั้งนี้นับเป็นหนึ่งในเหตุการณ์สำคัญในประวัติศาสตร์ของสมาคมฯ และประเทศไทย
สำหรับนักฟุตบอลที่มาร่วมการแข่งขันฟุตบอลนัดพิเศษนี้ ประกอบด้วย คาฟู – อดีตกัปตันทีมชาติบราซิลชุดแชมป์ฟุตบอลโลก 2002 ดาวิด เทรเซเกต์ – อดีตกองหน้าทีมชาติฝรั่งเศส ชุดแชมป์ฟุตบอลโลก 1998 และยูโร 2000 ฮวน เซบาสเตียน เวรอน – อดีตกองกลางทีมชาติอาร์เจนตินา กิลแบร์โต้ ซิลวา – อดีตกองกลางทีมชาติบราซิลชุดแชมป์ฟุตบอลโลก 2002 และ โคปา อเมริกา 2007 ฮริสโต้ สตอยช์คอฟ – อดีตกองหน้าทีมชาติบัลแกเรีย และเจ้าของรางวัลบัลลงดอร์ ปี 1994 และอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย
