Announcement: Food & Beverage Vendor Applications – Christmas & New Year’s Celebration

ประกาศ: กำหนดวันเปิดรับสมัครร้านค้าจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม งาน Christmas & New Year’s Celebration สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร วันเสาร์ที่ 26 ธันวาคม 2569

สมาคมฯ เปิดรับสมัครร้านค้าจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในงาน Christmas & New Year’s Celebration โดยเปิดรับสมัครผ่านแบบฟอร์มออนไลน์ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 กันยายน 2569 เวลา 10.00 น. จนถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569 เวลา 18:00 น. (รับจำนวนจำกัด)

หมายเหตุ: การพิจารณาและคัดเลือกร้านค้าอยู่ภายใต้ดุลยพินิจของทางสมาคมฯ

อัตราค่าบริการและเงื่อนไขพื้นที่

ขนาดพื้นที่บูธ: 3 x 3 เมตร

ค่าใช้สิทธิพื้นที่: 3,500 บาท ต่อ 1 ร้านค้า * เปิดรับพิจารณาเฉพาะร้านค้าจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตการจำหน่ายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ทุกประเภท

เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน:

• ร้านค้าต้องลงนามในสัญญาพร้อมชำระเงินค่าบูธเต็มจำนวน ภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับการยืนยันสิทธิ์จากสมาคมฯ หากพ้นกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว หรือร้านค้าไม่ดำเนินการลงนามในสัญญา ให้ถือว่าร้านค้าสละสิทธิ์ และสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดสรรพื้นที่ให้แก่ร้านค้าอื่นในลำดับถัดไป
• หากมีการยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมงาน ทางสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี
• ชำระค่าพื้นที่โดยโอนเงินผ่าน บัญชีธนาคารของสมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร เท่านั้น

ข้อกำหนดสำหรับร้านค้า:

• อนุญาตให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำร้านได้ สูงสุด 4 ท่าน ต่อ 1 ร้านค้า
• เจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคนต้องแขวน/คล้องป้ายประจำตัวที่สมาคมฯ ออกให้ตลอดเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานภายในงาน
• ร้านค้าต้องแจ้งรายละเอียดอุปกรณ์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า ขนาดกำลังไฟฟ้า (วัตต์) และจำนวนปลั๊กไฟที่ต้องใช้ ให้สมาคมฯ ทราบ ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 10 วันก่อนวันงาน
• หากในวันงานมีการใช้อุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติม หรือใช้กำลังไฟ/จำนวนปลั๊กเกินกว่าที่แจ้งไว้ สมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวโดยเด็ดขาด
• สามารถรับชำระเงินได้ทั้ง เงินสด และ การโอนเงินผ่านระบบธนาคาร (PromptPay/Mobile Banking)
• ต้องเตรียมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้พร้อมจำหน่ายและเพียงพอตลอดช่วงเวลา 15.00 น. – 22.00 น.

RBSC invites external vendors to apply for booth spaces to sell food and beverages at Christmas & New Year’s Celebration, taking place on Saturday, December 26, 2026.

Applications are open online from September 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM until September 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM (Limited spaces available).

Note: Vendor selection and approval remain strictly at the discretion of the Club.

Rates & Space Conditions

Booth Size: 3 x 3 meters

Space Fee: Baht 3,500 per booth *Open to food and beverage vendors only; alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

• Selected vendors must sign the agreement and complete full payment within 15 days of receiving confirmation from the Club. Failure to sign the contract or complete payment within this timeframe will be considered a forfeiture of rights, and the Club reserves the right to reallocate the space to the next applicant.
• All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of cancellation.

Vendor Rules & Regulations

• A maximum of 4 staff members is permitted per booth.
• All staff must wear the official badge issued by the Club at all times while on duty within the event area.
• Vendors must submit details regarding equipment, power consumption (watts), and the required number of power outlets at least 10 days prior to the event.
• The Club reserves the right to prohibit any unauthorized equipment or appliances exceeding the declared power limit on the event day.
• Vendors may accept both cash and mobile banking/bank transfers (PromptPay).
• Vendors must ensure sufficient food and beverage stock to serve guests continuously from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
