Announcement: Food & Beverage Vendor Applications – 62nd Family Day

ประกาศ: กำหนดวันเปิดรับสมัครร้านค้าจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม งาน Family Day ครั้งที่ 62 สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร วันเสาร์ที่ 9 มกราคม 2570

สมาคมฯ เปิดรับสมัครร้านค้าจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในงาน Family Day ครั้งที่ 62 โดยเปิดรับสมัครผ่านแบบฟอร์มออนไลน์ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2569 เวลา 10.00 น. จนถึงวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2569 เวลา 18:00 น. (รับจำนวนจำกัด)

หมายเหตุ: การพิจารณาและคัดเลือกร้านค้าอยู่ภายใต้ดุลยพินิจของทางสมาคมฯ

อัตราค่าบริการและเงื่อนไขพื้นที่

ขนาดพื้นที่บูธ: 3 x 5 เมตร

ค่าใช้สิทธิพื้นที่: 6,000 บาท ต่อ 1 ร้านค้า *

ขนาดพื้นที่บูธ: 6 x 5 เมตร

ค่าใช้สิทธิพื้นที่: 10,000 บาท ต่อ 1 ร้านค้า *

*เปิดรับพิจารณาเฉพาะร้านค้าจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตการจำหน่ายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ทุกประเภท

เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน:

• ร้านค้าต้องลงนามในสัญญาพร้อมชำระเงินค่าบูธเต็มจำนวน ภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับการยืนยันสิทธิ์จากสมาคมฯ หากพ้นกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว หรือร้านค้าไม่ดำเนินการลงนามในสัญญา ให้ถือว่าร้านค้าสละสิทธิ์ และสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดสรรพื้นที่ให้แก่ร้านค้าอื่นในลำดับถัดไป
• หากมีการยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมงาน ทางสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี
• ชำระค่าพื้นที่โดยโอนเงินผ่าน บัญชีธนาคารของสมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร เท่านั้น

ข้อกำหนดสำหรับร้านค้า:

• ตำแหน่งที่ตั้งบูธจะถูกจัดสรรโดยสมาคมฯ เท่านั้น
• บูธขนาด 3 x 5 เมตร อนุญาตให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำร้านได้ สูงสุด 4 ท่าน ต่อ 1 ร้านค้า / บูธขนาด 6 x 5 เมตร อนุญาตให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำร้านได้ สูงสุด 10 ท่าน ต่อ 1 ร้านค้า
• เจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคนต้องแขวน/คล้องป้ายประจำตัวที่สมาคมฯ ออกให้ตลอดเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานภายในงาน
• ร้านค้าต้องแจ้งรายละเอียดอุปกรณ์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า ขนาดกำลังไฟฟ้า (วัตต์) และจำนวนปลั๊กไฟที่ต้องใช้ ให้สมาคมฯ ทราบ ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 20 วันก่อนวันงาน

อัตราการใช้ไฟฟ้า:

• จำกัดการใช้กำลังไฟฟ้าไม่เกิน 20 แอมป์ ต่อร้านค้า (ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม)
• หากใช้เกิน 20 แอมป์ แต่ไม่ถึง 40 แอมป์ มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 1,500 บาท
• หากในวันงานมีการใช้อุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติม หรือใช้กำลังไฟ/จำนวนปลั๊กเกินกว่าที่แจ้งไว้ สมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวโดยเด็ดขาด
• รับชำระเงินผ่านเครื่องรับชำระเงินที่ทางสมาคมฯ จัดเตรียมไว้ให้เท่านั้น (มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการเช่าเครื่อง)
• ต้องเตรียมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้พร้อมจำหน่ายและเพียงพอตลอดช่วงเวลา 15.30 น. – 22.00 น.

RBSC invites external vendors to apply for booth spaces to sell food and beverages at the 62^nd Family Day., taking place on Saturday, January 9, 2027.

Applications are open online from October 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM until October 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM (Limited spaces available).

Note: Vendor selection and approval remain strictly at the discretion of the Club.

Booth Rates and Spatial Conditions

• Booth Size: 3 x 5 meters
  • Space Rights Fee: Baht 6,000 per vendor *
• Booth Size: 6 x 5 meters
  • Space Rights Fee: Baht 10,000 per vendor *

* Open strictly to Food & Beverage vendors only. Sale of alcoholic beverages of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

• Selected vendors must sign the agreement and complete full payment within 15 days of receiving confirmation from the Club. Failure to sign the contract or complete payment within this timeframe will be considered a forfeiture of rights, and the Club reserves the right to reallocate the space to the next applicant.
• All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of cancellation.
• All payments must be transferred directly to the designated bank account of The Royal Bangkok Sports Club.

Vendor Rules & Regulations

• All booth assignments will be determined exclusively by the Club.
• Staff Capacity:
  • 3 x 5 m Booth: Maximum 4 staff members allowed on duty per vendor.
  • 6 x 5 m Booth: Maximum 10 staff members allowed on duty per vendor.
• All vendor staff must wear the official badge issued by the Club at all times while on duty within the event area.
• Vendors must submit details regarding equipment, power consumption (watts), and the required number of power outlets at least 20 days prior to the event.

Power Usage Guidelines:

• Standard Limit: Electricity usage is limited to a maximum of 20 Amps per store at no additional cost.
• Additional Usage: If usage exceeds 20 Amps but is under 40 Amps, an additional service fee of Baht 1,500 will apply.
• The Club reserves the right to prohibit any unauthorized equipment or appliances exceeding the declared power limit on the event day.
• Sales transactions must be processed exclusively through the payment devices provided by the Club (rental fee applies).
• Vendors must ensure sufficient food and beverage stock to serve guests continuously from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
