Terms & Conditions:

• The discount is applicable for all types of eye examinations and surgical procedures, excluding those performed by the Medical Director.
• The privilege is limited to one entitlement per person throughout the campaign period and is non-transferable.
• Validity Period: From 1 November 2025 to 30 June 2026.
• Participating branches for examinations: TRSC Rama 4 and TRSC Mega Bangna.
• Participating branch for surgical procedures: TRSC Rama 4.

• This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, installment payments, commercial activities, or sales campaigns, and is not redeemable for cash.
• Patients are kindly requested to present a valid membership card or identification document at the registration and payment counters on the day of service.

• This privilege is reserved for RBSC & RBSC Polo Club members or their immediate family members who meet all 3 TRSC eligibility criteria below:*

1. 1. Aged 60 years or above.
   2. Diagnosed with myopia, hyperopia, or astigmatism.
   3. No history of cataract surgery.

• Limited to 1 privilege per person throughout the campaign period.
• Eye-examinations are to be conducted exclusively by participating TRSC ophthalmologists only.
• Participating branch for eye-examinations: TRSC Rama 4.
• Patients are kindly requested to inform TRSC of their RBSC entitlement when scheduling an appointment at least 7 days in advance via Tel: 02 632 4500 or Line Official Account: @trscfamily.
• Please present your membership card or a valid identification document at the registration counter on the day of your appointment.
• *If, after evaluation, the patient does not meet the eligibility criteria, TRSC will offer a Lid Hygiene treatment valued at 800 THB to the members instead.
