Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligible recipients must be active members of The Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC) or RBSC Polo Club on the date of reservation. A valid, unexpired membership document must be presented on the reservation date.
  2. Customers are entitled to a special offer at THB 1,000,000, provided in the form of a discount on the purchase of any plot within the Park Heritage Pattanakarn project.
  3. The special offer at THB 1,000,000 may be applied per plot, with no limit on the number of plots.
  4. This promotion applies only to reservations and contract signings made between 1 December 2025 and 28 February 2026.
  5. Customers must complete the ownership transfer within 30 days of the contract signing date.
  6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the project’s referral promotion valued at THB 1,000,000 if offered during the same period.
  7. The promotional benefit will be granted within 45 days after the ownership transfer is completed.
  8. In the event that the customer cancels the sale and purchase agreement for any reason, the entitlement to the THB 1,000,000 discount shall be immediately void.
