เงื่อนไขสำหรับร้านจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ในงาน Christmas and New Year Celebration

สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร (“สมาคมฯ”) จะคัดเลือกร้านค้าภายนอกเพื่อให้ใช้สิทธิในพื้นที่ส่วน Selection Zone ของสมาคมฯ สำหรับการออกร้านจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในงาน Christmas and New Year Celebration(“ร้านค้า”) โดย Selection Zone จะได้รับการจัดสรรจากสมาคมฯ ตามแผนผังที่ทางสมาคมฯ ทางสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนผังได้ตามความเหมาะสม และการจองในนามร้านค้าใดร้านค้าหนึ่ง ต้องระบุชื่อร้านค้าอย่างชัดเจนและห้ามเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือให้เช่าช่วงต่อ
การชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในงาน Christmas and New Year Celebration จะต้องทำในรูปแบบที่ทางสมาคมฯ กำหนดเท่านั้น คือ การใช้ระบบชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ทางสมาคมฯ จัดเตรียมไว้ให้ และไม่อนุญาตให้ร้านค้ารับเงินสดภายในงาน หากทางสมาคม ฯ พบว่ามีการรับชำระค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในรูปแบบเงินสด ทางสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการริบค่ามัดจำของร้านค้า และพิจารณาลงโทษไม่อนุญาตให้ร้านค้าดังกล่าวเข้าร่วมในงาน Christmas and New Year Celebration ครั้งถัดไป
ทางสมาคมฯ จะเรียกเก็บค่าตอบแทนการใช้สิทธิในพื้นที่และค่าบริหารจัดการความสะอาดสำหรับพื้นที่จำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของแต่ละร้านค้า โดยคำนวณค่าตอบแทนในอัตราร้อยละสิบ (10%) จากยอดขายของแต่ละร้านค้าในวันงาน หรือค่าตอบแทนขั้นต่ำ 3,500 (สามพันห้าร้อย) บาทต่อร้านค้า
สมาคม ฯ จะหักเงินค่าตอบแทนตามที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 3 จากยอดขายของแต่ละร้านค้า โดยทางสมาคม ฯ จะชำระเงินหลังหักค่าตอบแทนคืนให้แก่ร้านค้าภายใน 15 วันทำการหลังจากวันงาน
การจองร้านค้าจำเป็นต้องชำระเงินมัดจำเป็นจำนวนเงิน 5,000 (ห้าพัน) บาท และสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินมัดจำในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
1. พบว่ามีการนำร้านค้าเช่าช่วงต่อให้ร้านอื่น ที่ไม่ตรงกับร้านที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้
2. นำอาหารหรือสินค้าประเภทอื่น มาจำหน่ายในงาน นอกเหนือจากที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้
3. นำอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเกินกว่าที่กำหนดเข้ามาใช้ภายในงาน
4. ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายใดๆ ต่อทรัพย์สิน สถานที่ ของสมาคมฯ
5. ร้านค้าไม่เข้าร่วมจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในงาน Christmas and New Year Celebration ตามที่ตกลงไว้ ทั้งนี้ไม่อนุญาตอาหารแห้ง ขนมขบเคี้ยว อาหารเสริมหรือผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นใดนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดเข้ามาจำหน่ายภายในงาน หากฝ่าฝืน ฝ่ายจัดการสมาคมฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการเชิญร้านออกจากพื้นที่ หมายเหตุ: ร้านค้าจะได้รับเงินมัดจำคืนเมื่อสิ้นสุดงาน ภายใน 15 (สิบห้า) วันทำการ
ร้านค้าที่เข้ามาจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มภายในงาน จะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากสมาคมฯ หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจจากทางสมาคมฯ เท่านั้น โดยในการออกร้านทางสมาคมฯ จะอนุญาตให้แต่ละร้านมีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำร้านได้สูงสุด 4 ท่านต่อ 1 ร้านค้าเท่านั้น และต้องคล้องป้ายที่ทางสมาคมฯ ออกให้ตลอดเวลา กรณีจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่เกินกว่าที่สมาคมกำหนดจะต้องซื้อบัตรผู้ใหญ่เพื่อผ่านเข้ามาในงาน
ร้านค้าจะต้องระบุรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า ขนาดกำลังไฟฟ้า และจำนวนปลั๊กไฟที่ใช้ในร้านค้าในวันงานให้ทางสมาคมฯ ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนวันงาน 7 วัน หากวันงานมีอุปกรณ์อื่นใดเพิ่มเติม หรือขนาดกำลังไฟฟ้าและจำนวนปลั๊กไฟเพิ่ม นอกเหนือจากที่แจ้งไว้ ทางสมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อุปกรณ์ หรือเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าดังกล่าว
อุปกรณ์และภาชนะที่นำมาใช้ภายในงานจะต้องถูกสุขลักษณะ ภาชนะใส่อาหารประเภทใช้แล้วทิ้งเป็นความรับผิดชอบของร้านค้า ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ภาชนะที่เป็นโฟมและควรรักษาสุขอนามัยในการประกอบอาหาร รวมถึงไม่อนุญาตให้ร้านค้าเทน้ำเสีย น้ำมัน หรือน้ำแข็งลงบนสนามหญ้า โดยสามารถเทน้ำเสียได้บริเวณด้านข้างของตึกรอยัลพาวิลเลี่ยน ที่ทางสมาคมฯ กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น
ร้านค้าจะต้องควบคุมราคาอาหารให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสม มีป้ายราคาอาหารชัดเจน ทั้งนี้จะต้องเตรียมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้เพียงพอต่อการจำหน่ายตั้งแต่เวลา 15.00 น. – 22.00 น. และไม่อนุญาตให้เคลื่อนย้ายอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ออกจากพื้นที่ก่อนเวลา 22.00 น.
ร้านค้าสามารถจัดเตรียมร้านได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00 น. – 14.00 น. ของวันงาน และต้องเคลื่อนย้ายรถขนของออกจากบริเวณสนามด้านในก่อนเวลา 14.00 น. ทั้งนี้ร้านค้าจะต้องดูแลทรัพย์สินของตนเอง ทางสมาคมฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายต่างๆ อันอาจเกิดขึ้น เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำร้านต้องแต่งกายสุภาพไม่อนุญาตให้สวมใส่กางเกงขาสั้นและรองเท้าแตะเข้ามาให้บริการ ควรมีผ้ากันเปื้อนและสวมหมวกระหว่างการประกอบและจำหน่ายอาหาร ร้านค้าจะต้องบริการด้วยความสุภาพ

Terms and conditions for Food and Beverage Booths at Christmas and New Year Celebration on Saturday, December 20, 2025

The Royal Bangkok Sports Club (“the Club”) will permit external vendors to utilize the Club’s premises in Selection Zone area for the purpose of selling food and beverages (the “Vendors”) during the Christmas and New Year Celebration event (the “Event”). The Selection Zone shall be allocated by the Club in accordance with the layout attached to these terms and conditions. The Club reserves the right to modify the layout as necessary. Reservations made in the name of a single vendor must be clearly identified and cannot be altered or sublet.
Payments for food and beverages at Christmas and New Year Celebration must be made strictly through the payment system provided by the Club. At the Event, Vendors are prohibited from accepting cash. The Club may confiscate the vendor’s deposit and prohibit them from participating in the subsequent Christmas and New Year Celebration event if it is discovered that they have accepted cash for food and beverage payments.
The Club will charge a fee for the use of the premise and cleaning management for each vendor’s food and beverage booth, calculated at a rate of ten percent (10%) of total sales of each booth, or a minimum fee of 5,000 baht per booth.
The Club shall deduct the applicable fees specified in Clause 3 from the Vendor’s total sales and remit the balance to the Vendor within fifteen (15) business days after the event date.
Reservations require a deposit of 5,000 baht. The deposit may not be refunded by the Club in the following circumstances:
1. The booth is sublet or transferred to another vendor who does not registered with the Club.
2. The Vendor provides food or other types of merchandise to the Event in addition to those that are registered.
3. Electrical equipment exceeding the specified allowance is used.
4. The Vendor is responsible for any damage to the Club’s property or premises.
5. The Vendor fails to participate in selling food and beverages at the Christmas and New Year Celebration. The sale of any products other than those specified, including dried food, refreshments, and dietary supplements, is prohibited within the Event. The Club’s management reserves the right to withdraw the stall from the premises for violators. Note: Vendors will receive their deposit within 15 (fifteen) business days of the conclusion of the Event.
Vendors may operate food and beverage booths only with the authorization of the Club or its designated representatives. A maximum of four staff members are allowed per booth, all of whom must wear Club-issued sign at all times. In the event that the number of staff exceeds the limit, a guest ticket must be purchased to obtain entry into the Event.
Vendors are required to furnish information regarding electrical appliances or equipment, including their electrical amperage. The Club reserves the right to deny the use of any supplementary apparatus or electrical outlets on the day of the event. The Club has the discretion to deny the use of such equipment or electrical appliances.
All equipment and utensils used at the Event must be hygienic. Vendors are accountable for disposing of disposable food containers. Food preparation must be conducted with a high level of sanitation, and foam containers are not permitted. Vendors are prohibited from dumping effluent, oil, or ice onto the lawn. The Club has designated that wastewater may only be discharged from the side of the Royal Pavilion building.
Vendors are required to maintain reasonable food prices and plainly display them. From 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Vendors are required to offer an adequate selection of food and beverages for sale. The use of moving equipment is strictly prohibited. Depart the area prior to 10:00 p.m.
Vendors are permitted to set up their booths from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the day of the Event. They are required to remove their merchandise from the inner field area by 2:00 p.m. Vendors are responsible for the maintenance of their own property. The Club shall not be held accountable for any loss or damage. Dressing appropriately is mandatory for employees. Flip-flops and shorts are strictly prohibited. While preparing and selling food, it is mandatory to wear aprons and headwear.
