Updates on the Old Clubhouse Project As of January 2025

Progress to Date

June – October 2024
The Club hired U.K.D. Co., Ltd. to design the Clubhouse building and rebuild it to preserve its original architecture and design features.

The Club selected Stonehenge Inter Public Company Limited as the Project Management Consultant.

October 2024
The working group presented a report to the Crown Property Bureau, outlining the details of the Clubhouse structure’s rebuilding. This report was also sent to the Fine Arts Department.

Recent Updates

January 2025
The Crown Property Bureau wrote to the Club about the evaluation of the Clubhouse report. They also noted that the Fine Arts Department had expressed no objections to the project.

The Club will prepare architectural plans and submit them to the Fine Arts Department for evaluation prior to the commencement of the work.

Next Steps to Come

January – June 2025*
After receiving approval, the working group will source for construction contractors and request for the construction permit.

July 2025 onwards for 20 months*
The construction phase will start, first with the removal of the current structure, followed by building the new Clubhouse, finishing with the interior design and placement of furniture.

สมาคมฯ ได้ว่าจ้าง บริษัท ยู.เค.ดี. จำกัด ออกแบบอาคารคลับเฮาส์ เพื่อบูรณะคลับเฮาส์ให้คงไว้ ซึ่งสถาปัตยกรรมดั้งเดิมและคุณค่าทางจิตใจ

สมาคมฯ ได้ว่าจ้างบริษัท สโตนเฮ้นจ์ จำกัด เป็นผู้บริหารโครงการก่อสร้างอาคารคลับเฮาส์

คณะทำงานฯ ได้นำส่งรายงานรายละเอียดการบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์อาคารคลับเฮาส์ แก่สำนักงานทรัพย์สินพระมหากษัตริย์ เพื่อนำส่งให้กรมศิลปากร ตามที่ได้รับแนวทางจากกรมศิลปากร

ความคืบหน้าล่าสุด

มกราคม 2568
สำนักงานทรัพย์สินพระมหากษัตริย์แจ้งในหนังสือว่ากรมศิลปากรได้พิจารณารายงานดังกล่าวแล้วไม่ขัดข้องในรายละเอียดการบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ โดยลำดับต่อไป สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร จะจัดทำรูปแบบ ทางสถาปัตยกรรมของอาคาร และนำส่งให้กรมศิลปากรพิจารณาก่อนดำเนินการบูรณะต่อไป

ขั้นตอนต่อไป

มกราคม – มิถุนายน 2568*
เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติแล้ว คณะทำงานจะเปิดประมูลเพื่อคัดเลือกบริษัทผู้รับผิดชอบในการก่อสร้าง และดำเนินการขอใบอนุญาตในการก่อสร้าง

กรกฎาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป เป็นเวลา 20 เดือน*
เริ่มขั้นตอนการก่อสร้าง โดยรื้อถอนโครงสร้างเดิม และสร้างอาคารหลังใหม่ตามด้วยงานตกแต่งภายในอาคาร
