The Club has the pleasure to announce that the Crown Property Bureau has granted an approval to proceed with the Clubhouse project.
The next steps will be as follows, from now until July: –We will request for the Construction Permit -We will open bidding for the Main Contractor -We will open bidding for the Interior Designer
Then from approximately August 2025 onwards, once the construction permit has been granted, construction will commence.
As the project progresses, we will send updates to our Members regularly.
