Car Sticker Renewal 2021/2023

All Members are respectfully reminded to obtain the renewal of the car windshield stickers which will be valid for the period of two years from 1st August 2021 to 31st July 2023. Stickers will be available either for your pick up or mailing to your address upon request.

The issuance of these car stickers is to provide a means of identifying Members’ cars and therefore to restrict the use of unauthorised persons. In addition, this registration of the car facilitates the identification of car owners for prompt notification of any mishap.

These stickers are now available upon submission of the following documents at the Membership Services Office or to LINE @RBSC or siraprapa.b@rbsc.org for RBSC and chalida.s@rbsc.org for Polo Club:-

  1. Current Vehicle Registration Form duly completed and signed. The form is available at the RBSC and RBSC Polo Club Membership Services Department, attached with July Statement as well as by the downloadable links below
  2. Your current valid car sticker or,
  3. Certified photocopy of registration certificate of the car

The period for the issuance of the car sticker is given until 15th November 2021, or until members are convenient to visit the Club.

บัตรจอดรถสำหรับปี 2021/2023

สมาชิกสามารถขอรับบัตรจอดรถใบใหม่ซึ่งจะมีอายุการใช้งานตั้งแต่ 1 สิงหาคม 2564 ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม 2566 โดยท่านสามารถเข้ามารับด้วยตนเอง หรือแจ้งความประสงค์ให้ฝ่ายจัดการจัดส่งให้ถึงที่อยู่ของท่าน

การกำหนดใช้บัตรจอดรถนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อระบุรถยนต์ของสมาชิก และป้องกันบุคคลภายนอกเข้ามาใช้สมาคมฯ รวมถึงช่วยให้ฝ่ายจัดการติดต่อสมาชิกได้ทันทีหากมีเหตุจำเป็น

ขอให้สมาชิกเตรียมเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้ เพื่อยื่นขอรับบัตรจอดรถได้ที่แผนกบริการสมาชิก หรือส่งเอกสารมาที่ LINE @RBSC หรืออีเมล siraprapa.b@rbsc.org สำหรับสมาชิกสมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร และ chalida.s@rbsc.org สำหรับสมาชิกโปโลคลับ

  1. แบบฟอร์มลงทะเบียนบัตรจอดรถที่กรอกและลงนามแล้ว สามารถรับแบบฟอร์มได้ที่แผนกบริการสมาชิก หรือในใบแนบพร้อมจดหมายแจ้งค่าใช้จ่ายเดือนกรกฎาคม หรือดาวน์โหลดด้านล่าง
  2. บัตรจอดรถใบปัจจุบัน หรือ
  3. สำเนาทะเบียนรถที่ลงนามรับรองเอกสารถูกต้อง

สมาชิกสามารถดำเนินการขอรับบัตรจอดรถได้ภายใน วันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2564 หรือจนกว่าสมาชิกสะดวกเข้ามายังสมาคมฯ
