Announcement from the Royal Bangkok Sports Club No. 010/2023-2024
Subject: Contest for designing walkways/entrances to the Sports Pavilion building to win a prize of Bath 100,000
The Royal Bangkok Sports Club has a project to improve the area at the crossing from the Grandstand to the Sports Pavilion building. Therefore, the Club would like to recruit participants for the competition to design the walkway/entrance to the Sports Pavilion building to win a prize of Baht 100,000 baht. The location is the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, 1 Henri Dunant Road, Pathumwan Sub-district, Pathumwan District, Bangkok. The details are attached to the announcement in 2 sheets.
Juristic persons or individuals interested in participating in the contest and accepting the conditions set by the Club, please notify your request to attend the meeting for details clarification, and submit work from now on Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Facility Division, The Royal Bangkok Sports Club at (02) 028-7272 ext. 1400 – 1401
The meeting to clarify details/conditions is scheduled at the work site and actual area on December 15, 2023 (time to be advised), and design submission is by January 31, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Purchasing Department, the Royal Bangkok Sports Club.
Qualifications of contest participants
• Be a juristic person, organization, company, student. Members of the association or the general public
• Contest participants must accept the conditions set by the Club according to the documents attached to the announcement. and on the meeting day.
Requirements, criteria, and guidelines for the design work
• Design of a walkway across the racecourse from the Grandstand to the Sports Pavilion building at the Royal Bangkok Sports Club (According to the document attached to the announcement)
• The design work must be able to be installed in the area and practical, to support the use of service users of all genders and ages, including supporting all types of use as specified by the Club.
• The design must not interfere with horse racing or leaving traces on the grass when the crossing is moved out of the area
• The design work must be modern, attractive, use appropriate materials, equipment, and technology, durable, able to protect from sun and rain, and easy to maintain.
• Participants need to prepare a list showing the budget for construction or renovation expenses (Detail & BOQ) attached to the design work.
Submitting work method
• Submit work by preparing SHOP DRAWING, construction design, and various systems in CAD file format, packed in 2 sets of USB Drive, with 1 set of A1 color printing.
• Create a 3D visualization (Perspective) in CAD file format, packed in 2 sets of USB Drive, with 1 set of A1 size color printing.
• The designer must be able to present the work to the committee, and the decision of the committee is final.
Judging criteria
• Creativity, modern concept, attractive, appropriate, and reflects the identity of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club
• The design work must be practical and meet the requirements in the scope of work, neither affecting the environment nor irreparable damage to the grass surface. or affect the association’s horse racing.
• The budget and work outcome are appropriate and consistent.
The Club reserves the right to consider works submitted to the competition with all qualifications, and according to the conditions set by the Club. This is mainly for the benefit of the Club and the decision of the Club is absolute. Contest participants will not be able to claim any damages.

เรื่อง การประกวดออกแบบทางเดิน / ทางเข้าอาคารสปอร์ตพาวิลเลียน ชิงเงินรางวัล 100,000 บาท
สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร มีโครงการปรับปรุงพื้นที่บริเวณทางเข้ามจากอัฒจันทร์แกรนด์สแตนด์ ถึงอาคารสปอร์ตพาวิลเลียน จึงมีความประสงค์สรรหาผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดออกแบบทางเดิน / ทางเข้าอาคารสปอร์ตพาวิลเลียน ชิงเงินรางวัล 100,000 บาท ณ สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร เลขที่ 1 ถนนอังรีดูนังต์ แขวงปทุมวัน เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีรายละเอียดตามแนบท้ายประกาศฯ จำนวน 2 แผ่น
นิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลธรรมดาที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดฯ และยอมรับเงื่อนไขที่สมาคมฯ กำหนด โปรดแจ้งความจำนง เพื่อเข้าร่วมประชุมชี้แจงรายละเอียดและเสนอผลงานได้ตั้งแต่บัดนี้ ในวันจันทร์ถึง วันศุกร์ เวลา 09.00 น. – 18.00 น. ณ ฝ่ายสถานที่ สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร (02) 028 7272 ต่อ 1400-1401
กำหนดชี้แจงรายละเอียด / ดูสภาพหน้างานและพื้นที่จริง ในวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2566 (เวลาจะแจ้งให้ทราบภายหลัง) และกำหนดยื่นผลงานการออกแบบ ภายในวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2567 ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.00 น. – 17.00 น. ณ แผนกจัดซื้อ สมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร
คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้าร่วมประกวด
• เป็นนิติบุคคล องค์กร บริษัท นิสิตนักศึกษา สมาชิกของสมาคมฯ หรือบุคคลทั่วไป
• ผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดต้องสามารถรับเงื่อนไขตามที่สมาคมฯ กำหนดตามเอกสารแนบท้ายประกาศ หรือในวันที่ชี้แจงรายละเอียด
ข้อกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และแนวทางในการออกแบบ
• การออกแบบทางเดินข้ามสนามม้าจากอัฒจันทร์แกรนด์สแตนด์ ถึงอาคารสปอร์ตพาวิลเลียน ภายในสมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร (ตามเอกสารแนบท้ายประกาศ)
• ผลงานการออกแบบต้องสามารถนำมาติดตั้งในพื้นที่และใช้งานได้จริง รองรับการใช้งานของผู้ใช้บริการทุกเพศ ทุกวัย รวมถึงรองรับการใช้งานทุกประเภทตามที่สมาคมฯ กำหนด
• ผลงานการออกแบบต้องไม่เป็นการรบกวนการแข่งม้า หรือทิ้งร่องรอยบนพี้นสนามหญ้าเมื่อมีการเคลื่อนย้ายทางข้ามออกนอกพื้นที่
• ผลงานการออกแบบต้องมีความทันสมัย สวยงาม ใช้วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเทคโนโลยีที่มีความเหมาะสม มีความทนทาน สามารถป้องกันแดด ฝน และง่ายต่อการบำรุงรักษา
• จัดทำรายการแสดงงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายในการก่อสร้างหรือปรับปรุง (Detail & BOQ) แนบมาพร้อมผลงานการออกแบบ
การส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมการประกวด
• ส่งผลงานโดยจัดทำแบบ SHOP DRAWING งานออกแบบก่อสร้างและระบบต่างๆ ในรูปแบบไฟล์ CAD บรรจุใน USB Dive จำนวน 2 ชุด พร้อมพิมพ์แบบสี ขนาด A1 จำนวน 1 ชุด
• จัดทำแบบแสดงภาพสามมิติ (Perspective) ในรูปแบบไฟล์ CAD บรรจุใน USB Dive จำนวน 2 ชุด พร้อมพิมพ์แบบสี ขนาด A1 จำนวน 1 ชุด
• ผู้ออกแบบต้องสามารถเข้ามานำเสนอผลงานต่อคณะกรรมการ และผลการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
เกณฑ์การตัดสิน
• ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ แนวคิดมีความทันสมัย สวยงาม เหมาะสมและสื่อถึงอัตลักษณ์ของสมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร
• ผลงานการออกแบบสามารถใช้งานได้จริง ตรงตามข้อกำหนดในขอบเขตงาน ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ไม่สร้างความเสียหายที่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ต่อพื้นสนามหญ้า หรือกระทบต่อการแข่งม้าของสมาคมฯ
• งบประมาณและผลงานมีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกัน
สมาคมฯ ทรงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิในการรับพิจารณาผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดโดยมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วน และตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่สมาคมฯ กำหนด ทั้งนี้ เพื่อประโยชน์ของสมาคมฯ เป็นสำคัญ และให้ถือว่าการตัดสินของสมาคมฯ เป็นเด็ดขาด ผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดจะเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ มิได้
