COURSE CONDITIONS AND WATER MANAGEMENT

Dear Members,

The Golf Committee and Club Management have been in constant communication regarding the recent dry course conditions caused by a reduction in water supply to the Club’s irrigation system.

We would like to assure all members that Management has been proactively addressing this situation. Since the onset of this issue, the following actions have been implemented:

• Water Rerouting: Proactively rerouting water from Gate 1 to replenish the club’s water reservoirs.

• Irrigation Optimization: Adjusted irrigation schedules to prioritize critical areas, specifically the golf course and the race track.

• Emergency Water Supply:

Management has supplied tap water into the storage tank, which commenced delivery to the club starting from 18 April 2026.

Management is working to restore the water supply to normal levels as soon as possible, closely monitoring the situation, and will provide updates to the Golf Committee and all members periodically.

We anticipate that the water system will be restored to normal conditions within approximately two weeks.

The Management is tirelessly to maintain the course to the best of our abilities during this period.

สถานะสนามกอล์ฟและการจัดการน้ำ

คณะกรรมการกอล์ฟและฝ่ายจัดการสมาคมฯ ได้มีการประสานงานร่วมกันอย่างใกล้ชิดเกี่ยวกับสภาพสนามที่แห้งซึ่งเกิดจากปริมาณน้ำที่ได้รับเข้าสู่ระบบชลประทานของสมาคมฯ ลดน้อยลง

สมาคมฯ ขอยืนยันให้สมาชิกทุกท่านมั่นใจว่า ฝ่ายจัดการสมาคมฯ ได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาในเชิงรุกอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยตั้งแต่เริ่มพบปัญหา สโมสรได้ดำเนินมาตรการดังต่อไปนี้:

• การผันน้ำ: ดำเนินการผันน้ำจากประตู 1 อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเติมเข้าสู่แหล่งน้ำสำรองภายในสมาคมฯ

• การปรับระบบรดน้ำ: ปรับเปลี่ยนตารางการรดน้ำโดยให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นที่วิกฤตเป็นอันดับแรก ได้แก่ สนามกอล์ฟและสนามแข่งม้า

• การจัดหาน้ำเสริม: ฝ่ายจัดการสมาคมฯ ได้ดำเนินการจัดเตรียมน้ำประปาสำรอง เข้าสู่ถังเก็บน้ำของสมาคมฯ โดยได้เริ่มดำเนินการส่งน้ำเข้ามายังสมาคมฯ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 18 เมษายน 2569 เป็นต้นมา

ขณะนี้ฝ่ายจัดการสมาคมฯ กำลังเร่งดำเนินการทุกวิถีทางเพื่อให้มีการจัดสรรน้ำกลับสู่ภาวะปกติโดยเร็วที่สุด ทั้งนี้ ฝ่ายจัดการสมาคมฯ จะติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด และจะรายงานความคืบหน้าให้คณะกรรมการกอล์ฟและสมาชิกทราบเป็นระยะต่อไป

โดยคาดการณ์ว่าระบบน้ำจะกลับเข้าสู่สภาวะปกติภายในระยะเวลาประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์

ฝ่ายจัดการสมาคมฯ ยังคงมุ่งมั่นบำรุงรักษาสนามอย่างเต็มความสามารถในช่วงวิกฤตนี้
