Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions:
– Attendees must be at least 20 years of age.
– Once the ticket purchase is completed, you will receive an E-Ticket via email. This E-Ticket must be presented at the entrance for admission.
Reselling or distributing tickets for advertising or promotional purposes without the organizer’s consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
– Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes or in product promotions (e.g., discounts, exchanges, giveaways, freebies) unless expressly approved by the organizer.
– The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
– In case of ticket loss, the company reserves the right not to reissue tickets under any circumstances.
– Photography and video recording will take place during the event. The organizer reserves the right to use such materials, including audience images and event atmosphere, for promotional purposes through various channels.
Event Entry Terms & Conditions:
– Members must present their original member card for identity verification at the entrance.
– Re-entry is permitted.
– The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: illegal drugs, weapons, sharp objects or items resembling weapons, and items that may cause sparks or fire hazards.
Remarks:
– Ticket prices include VAT but exclude service fees.
– Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, amended, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances (Non-refundable / Non-upgradeable).
The organizer is not responsible for any tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party channels.
Important: Do not share your E-Ticket QR Code or Reference Number with others or on social media. These are considered personal information, and the organizer will not be held responsible for any misuse.
