Updates on the Old Clubhouse – JULY 2022

The Club would like to update members regarding the Clubhouse project, as of July 2022:

1. The Club arranged a meeting with the Crown Property Bureau (CPB) on Wednesday, 19th April 2022, whereby the CPB requested the Club to submit a conceptual design and would assist in arranging a 3-party meeting which includes the CPB, the Fine Arts Department and RBSC to discuss the possibilities of the Clubhouse Project development considering the historical past of the Clubhouse in the following steps.
2. The Club completed a conceptual design of the clubhouse and 3D modelling, and already submitted such to the CPB on 20th May 2022 for initial consideration on the Clubhouse project.

Further updates will be provided when RBSC receives any recent information from the parties above. Thank you for your kind attention in this matter.

รายงานความคืบหน้า โครงการอาคารคลับเฮาส์ เดือนกรกฎาคม 2565

สมาคมฯ ขอรายงานความคืบหน้าแก่สมาชิกดังต่อไปนี้

1. สมาคมฯ ได้มีการประชุมกับสำนักงานทรัพย์สินพระมหากษัตริย์ ในวันพุธที่ 19 เมษายน 2565 โดยสำนักงานทรัพย์สินพระมหากษัตริย์ ได้ขอให้สมาคมฯ นำส่งแบบร่างของอาคารฯ พร้อมกันนี้ และจะช่วยประสานในการจัดการประชุมร่วมกันของ ทั้ง 3 ฝ่าย ได้แก่ สำนักงานทรัพย์สินพระมหากษัตริย์ กรมศิลปากร และสมาคมราชกรีฑาสโมสร เพื่อหารือความเป็นไปได้ ในการพัฒนาโครงการอาคารคลับเฮาส์ต่อไป เมื่อได้พิจารณาว่าอาคารมีความเป็นโบราณสถาน
2. สมาคมฯ ได้ดำเนินการทำแบบร่างของอาคาร รวมถึงจัดทำภาพจำลองสามมิติ และได้นำส่งแก่สำนักงานทรัพย์สินพระมหากษัตริย์เป็นที่เรียบร้อย เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2565 เพื่อการพิจารณาโครงการต่อไป

สมาคมฯ จะรายงานความคืบหน้าขั้นตอนต่อจากนี้เมื่อได้รับข้อมูลใดๆ เพิ่มเติมจากฝ่ายดังกล่าวข้างต้น
