RBSC Polo Club Announcement No. 019/2021-2022 : Barber Shop & Beauty Salon Survey
As the contracts of the Barber Shop and Beauty Salon operated by Beauty Salon & Barber Shop will expire in October 2022, the Club will conduct surveys from Monday, 14th February 2022 to Tuesday, 15th March 2022 in order to assess Members’ satisfaction with the service provided by the current operator.
All RBSC Members are invited to please kindly participate once in this survey via online form from the links below or paper form attached to Members’ statement on 18th February 2022, or may present membership card to receive a survey form at the Membership Services Office or the Information Counter.
The paper forms may be returned at the Membership Services Office, the Information Counter, via facsimile: 02-105-4830, or via email: poloclub@rbsc.org
These surveys will be closed at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, 15th March 2022.
