:: Old Clubhouse Survey & Additional Information ::

Regarding the Old Clubhouse Project Survey, the Club wishes to provide and clarify additional key points:

1. An Ad-hoc Committee comprised of experts with collective expertise and specialization was established to work on the Old Clubhouse Project and provided the basis of the survey to further their study. Kindly note that any direction and/or decisions are not at the sole decision of the General Committee.

2. As remarked in the Repair option budget (estimated at 170 MB.), additional factors need close consideration in that the actual cost may escalate due to the discovery of unforeseen conditions and contingencies as a result of reinforcing the structure to modern standards. Therefore, only a minimum estimate can be provided at this time, as additional repairs may be required, if any.

3. The Rebuild option cost estimate is based on the current usable area of 4,000 square meters.

สมาคมฯ ขอชี้แจงข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับแบบสอบถามโครงการอาคารคลับเฮาส์ ในประเด็นสำคัญดังต่อไปนี้

1. คณะกรรมการเฉพาะกาล (Ad Hoc Committee) ประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและมีประสบการณ์เฉพาะด้านหลายท่าน จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อทำงานในโครงการอาคารคลับเฮาส์ และจัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับแบบสอบถามเพื่อนำไปใช้ศึกษาโครงการต่อไป ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าทิศทางและการตัดสินใจใดๆ ไม่ใช่การตัดสินใจจากคณะกรรมการอำนวยการทั่วไปเพียงอย่างเดียว

2. ตามที่ระบุไว้ในงบประมาณตัวเลือกการซ่อมแซม (ประมาณ 170 ล้านบาท) ยังคงมีปัจจัยเพิ่มเติมที่จำเป็นต้องพิจารณาว่าค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริงอาจเพิ่มขึ้นเนื่องจากการพบสภาพโครงสร้างที่ไม่ทราบหรือคาดมาก่อน อันเป็นผลมาจากความจำเป็นในการเสริมโครงสร้างให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ดังนั้น คณะทำงานจึงสามารถแจ้งงบประมาณขั้นต่ำเท่านั้น เนื่องจากอาจมีการซ่อมแซมเพิ่มเติมที่จำเป็น

3. งบประมาณตัวเลือกการสร้างใหม่ ได้ประมาณการจากพื้นที่ใช้สอยของอาคารหลังเดิมที่ 4,000 ตารางเมตร
