NOTICE : Extending Membership Card Expiration Date in 2022
The Club wishes to inform you that Members whose RFID Membership Cards expire in 2022 will be given another 1-year extension of the card expiry date (with some exceptions* – see below). This is to allow for safety and flexibility in the normal renewal process granted the unpredictable COVID-19 situation. Your membership cards can continue to be used at payment and tapping points at the Club as usual (subject to the condition of RFID chips).
However, for members wanting to update their pictures and contact details, please contact RBSC/Polo Club Membership Services Offices on Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Thank you for your kind attention.
*Exceptions to Expiry Date Extension:
- Members with photos older than 8 years are required to do a renewal this year
- Membership cards for Non-Voting Members, Temporary Ladies’ Privileges, and 21-year-old children of members eligible for ordinary membership
ประกาศ ขยายวันหมดอายุของบัตรสมาชิกสมาคมฯ ที่จะหมดอายุในปี 2565
ขอเรียนให้สมาชิกทราบว่า บัตรสมาชิกแบบ RFID ที่จะหมดอายุในปี 2565 จะได้รับการขยายวันหมดอายุออกไปอีก 1 ปีนับจากวันหมดอายุ (ยกเว้นบางกรณีตามที่ระบุด้านล่างของประกาศ) ทั้งนี้เพื่อความปลอดภัยและยืดหยุ่นให้แก่สมาชิกในสภาวการณ์แพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 บัตรสมาชิกของท่านจะยังสามารถใช้ชำระเงิน และใช้บริการตามจุดต่างๆ ได้ตามปกติ (หากบัตรของท่านยังไม่เสื่อมสภาพ)
สำหรับสมาชิกที่ต้องการถ่ายภาพใหม่ เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลการติดต่อ หรือทำบัตรใบใหม่ สามารถติดต่อแผนกบริการสมาชิกได้ในวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 9:00 – 18:00 น.
สำคัญ – ข้อยกเว้นกรณีที่ไม่สามารถขยายวันหมดอายุบัตรสมาชิก
– สมาชิกที่ถ่ายภาพไว้เกิน 8 ปี จะต้องติดต่อแผนกบริการสมาชิกเพื่อถ่ายภาพใหม่ภายในปีนี้
– บัตรสมาชิกสำหรับ Non-Voting, Temporary Ladies’ Privileges และบุตรของสมาชิกที่อายุครบ 21 ปี
