Referring to questions from members whether the old clubhouse is considered a historic building to preserve, according to the Crown Property Bureau (CPB), none of the buildings within the Club premises are recognized as historically significant structures. Any demolition or renovation, if so desired, would only require the Club to submit standard construction plans and blueprints to the CPB for consideration before any undertaking.
